  • 6 Paper towels

  • Food coloring (Red, Yellow, Blue)

  • Water

  • Spoon

  • White liquid glue (lots of it!)

  • Food coloring or liquid watercolors

  • Toothpicks

  • Plastic lid (Lids from tubs of yogurt, hummus, sour cream etc. work best, although metal lids also work)

  • Hole punch

  • String

DIY Stress Ball

  • Sandwich bag (if you use Ziploc, you’ll have to cut the zipper off)

  • ¾ Cup of flour or play dough
